Louise Nealon has worked in corporate communications agencies for over 14 years in Australia and her native Ireland. For the first five years of her career, Louise specialised in developing and implementing consumer-driven public relations programs for a number of publicly listed telecommunications companies and IT companies including Microsoft and Dell.

In Australia, Louise has concentrated on proactively managing communications and stakeholder relations for financial services providers and publicly listed organisations across all areas of her expertise but particularly focusing on profile raising, issues & crisis management, product PR and facilitating creative thinking workshops. These clients include: ANZ, MasterCard International, E*TRADE Australia, Altradius and the Adecco Group.

Prior to establishing her own agency Callidus PR with Viv Hardy, Louise was the Group Director of the Corporate & Finance Practice at PPR in Sydney where she lead a team of nine consultants and held responsibility for over 21 clients in the financial services, professional services and small cap capital raising sectors.

Over her career, Louise has been awarded numerous national, state and overseas PR Awards for her work on clients including sponsorship leverage, issues & crisis communications, public relations, community relations and product launches.
